A virtual workshop in the section of speed skills in the speed materials of the jump rope sport on 22/06/99 was held provincially with the instruction of international jump rope instructors. In this one-day workshop, which was held with instructors Ms. Fatemeh Sheybani and Mr. Sam Ashley , training methods and various speed skills were taught to learn rope training instructors in Fars province .
